Cools Box provides an automated verification service: digital access codes, Order IDs, or OTPs for claiming vouchers.
- No affiliation: We are independent and not affiliated with any third-party brand.
- Scope: Our responsibility is limited to delivering a valid verification code.
3. User obligations
- Immediate use: Use verification details immediately upon receipt.
- Legal use: No illegal activity or violations of Malaysian law.
4. Limitation of liability
Cools Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed transaction.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Refund policy
1. Digital goods
Our products are digital goods/services. Once an OTP or verification code is successfully provided and delivered, there are no refunds and no replacements under any circumstances.
2. Unsuccessful delivery
If the system fails to deliver the code completely, your quota remains intact for you to try again or claim a replacement order, depending on the purchasing platform's policy.
3. Non-refundable examples
- Change of mind after OTP is delivered.
- User error (wrong brand/quantity, missed instructions).
- Third-party service issues or promotional changes by the brand.
4. Disputes
Filing a chargeback for a validly delivered digital good is considered fraud. We may blacklist abusers from future purchases.
