1. Who We Are
CoolsBox (coolsbox.com) is a Malaysian online store selling digital products: Turnitin plagiarism and AI-writing checks, new-user app vouchers delivered through temporary SMS OTP numbers, and e-books. Orders are placed on coolsbox.com or through our Shopee storefront. By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms.
2. Turnitin Checks
A check produces a similarity (and, where purchased, AI-writing) report for a document you upload. Reports are for your own review before you submit your work; we do not guarantee any particular score, and a score is not a judgement of originality. We run checks in "No Repository" mode so your document is not added to any Turnitin database. Each purchased check is used the moment a readable document is accepted; an empty or unreadable file is rejected without using a check. A check that fails on our side is re-run or the credit is restored.
3. App Vouchers and OTP Numbers
We supply a temporary Malaysian phone number and relay the SMS code so you can register a new account in the brand's app and use its new-user offer. The offer itself belongs to the brand and is subject to the brand's own rules, which can change at any time. A number is consumed when it is issued; once a code has been delivered the purchase is complete and non-refundable. If no code arrives, you may request a replacement number from the order page, and an order that never received a code is refundable.
4. Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned. We refund, or restore the credit, when we could not deliver: a check that never completed, a number that never received a code, or an e-book link that does not work. Orders bought on Shopee follow Shopee's return process; orders bought on coolsbox.com are refunded to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable Use
You may only upload documents you have the right to check. You may not use our services to break the terms of any app, university or platform, to resell order IDs or numbers, or to interfere with the site. We may refuse or cancel orders that abuse the service.
6. Our Social Media Accounts
Content on our TikTok and Instagram accounts is published by CoolsBox for information and promotion. Prices shown in a video are correct on the day it is posted; the current price is always the one on coolsbox.com.
7. Liability and Changes
