We collect minimal information required to process and verify your digital orders (such as your Shopee Order ID, transaction details, and email address). For our Turnitin plagiarism check service, we temporarily process your uploaded document file to check similarity scores.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to fulfill the automated digital services you purchase (e.g., retrieving Shopee orders, emailing check reports). Documents uploaded for plagiarism checking are temporarily processed and immediately deleted from our server and OneDrive once the check is complete.
3. Advertising and Cookies
We do not display advertisements, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party advertising network receives your browsing data from this site.
Your browser stores a small amount of information locally to make the site usable — your language choice, light or dark theme, and the contents of your shopping cart. This stays on your own device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
4. Data Security
We protect your personal data with secure server configurations. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any user data or uploaded documents to third parties.
5. Social Media Publishing (TikTok and Instagram)
CoolsBox publishes its own short videos to its official TikTok and Instagram accounts through the TikTok Content Posting API and the Instagram Graph API. This integration is used only to post content created by CoolsBox to accounts owned by CoolsBox. It does not read, collect or store any data about other TikTok or Instagram users, followers, or viewers, and it never accesses anyone's account other than our own.
The only data stored for this purpose is the access token that authorises posting to our own accounts. It is kept on our server, is not shared with any third party, and can be revoked at any time from the TikTok or Instagram account settings.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about an order (email address and order records) at any time. Uploaded documents are already deleted automatically after each check. Requests are handled within 7 days.
