Filters panel built into every Turnitin report (excluding quotes, bibliography and small matches),
so what you get is a genuine Turnitin report with those filters applied.
The number on your report reflects those filter settings — turning off more filters lowers it further, but we can't promise an exact percentage since that also depends on your document's content. If your institution reviews with different settings, their figure can differ too — so the best way to use this report is to see exactly which matches are real overlap and which are just your own citations.
